In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants, therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed, gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner, in order to make the gala dinners on december 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie, one child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds, a compulsory gala dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 december, please note wifi is only available at reception, cribs are subject to availability, please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, even when adding a crib.

Negative: Hospitality and Customer Service is horrible. Getting beach towels for the pool, feels like a daytrip…. Why make your guests walk aaaaaaaall the flipping way to the Spa, when you have enough of space to make a towel stand to hand them out right there at the pool?! All inclusive guests get unfortunately just the cheap house alcohol that gives you a tummy ache and a big head the following day. The food at the pool bar sucks. Dead fried chicken nuggets, nasty burgers and a dirty salad bar. There need to be floaters around the buffet at all time. Also at the buffet at night and breakfast. The food was mediocre there, nothing spectacular, but it feeds you and your family and its fresh.
